06Virtual Assistant and Chat Conversations
The Opotunity platform includes a virtual assistant powered by Gemini AI (Google). Conversations held with the assistant may be saved in our database for the purpose of improving service quality and providing technical support. Messages are stored associated with your anonymous session or with your account if you are logged in. Conversation data is accessible exclusively to the Opotunity administrative team and is not shared with third parties, except for the Gemini AI (Google) service which processes message text to generate responses. Processing by Google is governed by the Google Privacy Policy. You may request the deletion of your conversations by contacting the team at contact@opotunity.ro.
